We thank you for the discount. Do you know when the SA2005 rated helmets will be out?

I'm not even sure if they have finished standards as of yet. I will call SFI and Zamp to find out. I know a lot of people are waiting wanting a SA2005. I'm not to concerned about getting one due to the fact if you use your helmet alot its nice to get a new one every couple years.

One of my sources says Snell foundation should have the new decals in Oct. I will have to contact them to find out for sure. I also sent an e-mail to Zamp to see if they had any ETA.
Just heard back from Zamp- SA2005 cannot be released until October 2005 by all companies.

I've been "patiently" waiting for the new helmets for several months now. :)

The SA2000 standard is good for the next 5 years. At the prices Zamp helmets sell for 5 years of use is well worth it. One thing to remember with safety equipment, any item that is rated has to meet the same standards.
Also any time your helmet does it job in an impact, it should be replaced.

Okay, I just have an SA 95 helmet and it is out at the end of the year. Looks like a new one will be in order before drag day! :thumbsup:
