Hey folks! I just purchased the '97 pictured below. A Vortech had been added earlier this year along with the 3.73's and an X-pipe. I have yet to even drive it as it is 1200 miles away and heading to the paint shop. Needless to say, I haven't had a good night's sleep due to all the anxiety bottled up inside me!

Not only will it serve as my daily driver, I will be tracking her at TWS, MSR-Houston, and MSR-Cresson.

nice looking 97'... dont worry about the tws, batown, etc. The cobras are made to drive every day, look good, and to out performe most of the other cars on the track. so enjoy your 97'.......take care of it and it will take care of you.

where do you live in houston?

Welcome to the site Gary, that is a clean looking 97  I love the wheels

ditto on 'where abouts Houston are you located'?

Sweet deal on using the 97 for a DD and a track car (mine does double duty as well). Are you putting in a roll bar/cage?
