When I go over small bumps in the road and there's a curb on the right...i hear a rattling coming from the front passenger side. My wife hears it too....it's DEFINATELY coming from there. It's a higher pitched rattling. And also..this may be related....today when pulling up to the touchless car wash at a bit higher than SLOW speed(kinda whipped in there)i had the steering wheel clocked full left while turning and I heard a couple "clunks" come from the same area? help :(

That could be a number of things. Look for the obvious first, check the lug nuts on the wheels. If they are loose that can create sounds similar to a wheel bearing failure as well as damage the wheel. Probably not the case here though. You may also want to inspect the steering rack for movement by having someone turn the wheel slowly and watch the rack for movement. If it shifts from side to side it may be the mounting bolt is loose in the K member holes. Also inspect the tie rod ends for play (you will need to jack up the side of the car to check it). Also this will let you test ball joints as well. Also, worn brake pads will begin to rattle once worn, the knock you may have heard or felt may have been movement of the rotor against the brake pads breaking free.
It does not sound like a wheel bearing. If it was, you would know it since it sounds like a freight train on a loose track along with chunka chunka sound. Also there may be singns of grease on the inside of the wheel and possible bits of the bearing as well. Not sure what else to check, but maybe the struts (bolts on top of the strut camber plate ?)
