I think that the Cobra's have a value that isn't accurately portrayed in the KBB or Edmunds value. Even though it does claim to take in the market value in of "special" models, such as an SVT Cobra, I don't believe that there is a certain aspect of value that is accurately covered. Year tends to take MUCH higher precidence then miles, which doesn't make much sense to me, considering how miles are EVERYTHING as far as engine, transmission, and body goes.
Given all the sites Tony mentioned, I'd have to say that owning a treasure like a 98 Cobra with THAT few miles which is also bone stock, i wouldn't accept anything less than $13,500. I know its 8 years old, but my gosh...there are 2005 cars on the road with more miles then that! I just wouldn't sell yourself short...because with someone LIKE ME, if I hadn't had a Cobra already, I'd honestly respectfully pay up to almost $14,500 for that beauty...given everything is in pristine condition.
