Welcome! Don't let this weather fool you, Winters are usually not this pleasant in New England.

Check out http://www.svtoa.org and get on the mailing list (members-subscribe@svtoa.org), especially if you like auto-crossing.

We rent out Ft. Devens, an abandoned airfield, and setup a 1.6 mile course of cones. Lots of fun.

There's also usually drag days and we're looking for a volunteer to organize a car show.

There's also opportunity with some other clubs here in the area.

Mike,

The SCMC has over 35 members in the MA and surrounding area, we rent out Devens three times a year? The SCMC does 2 shows a year in the NE area...along with an annual cruise? We conduct dyno days, the World of Wheels, and several karting events?

Click here to keep up with other SCMC members and events in your area. This mailing list is for SCMC Cobras owners only. Currently, events are being discussed for the 2006 calendar year.

Mike we have our monthly karting event at F1 Boston www.f1boston.com in Braintree on Feb 19th. It's an informal event that starts at around 12:45. I never know how many are coming but it could be an opportunity to meet some of us. If you have any questions about what's going on don't hesitate to email me directly. I use the email list Tony mentioned to keep everyone up to date so be sure to sign up

Welcome. I moved to Boston about a year ago from San Antonio and like you my cobra sits in the garage at home. Let you be warned, dont try any steakhouse, BBQ, or mexican food here. you will be hugely disappointed. The New Hampshire dragway/racetrack is a small strip with a 3/4 oval track. 4th of July they have an endurance demolition derby on the oval with about 150 cars.
