Cool...let's get some more Fayetteville folks to come out and hang out.

Do you think an informal "top 5" awards would be cool and a popular vote??

Or maybe the following:

Longest Distance
Best Paint
Best Interior
Best Engine
Top Snake

I should be able to make this one. I just have to make sure I leave early enough to see who my Steelers take in the Draft. I'm sure they won't pick until after 4 though since they are SUPER BOWL CHAMPS! Cya all Saturday!

Well, here's some more information. Since no one replied to the trophy thingy, we're trying to do a Hooter's Manager's Pick. I won't know on that for sure till tonight since I'm trying to get an SCMC clock made up in time.

Here is what I do know...

Hooter's will be supplying the following:

1. Gift certificate for a "Wing Party" which feeds 10 people unlimited wings, drinks, etc on their next visit.

2. Complimentary tees ( A couple or so)

3. Hooter Girl photos with you and your Cobra/Mustang.

4. If possible "Manager's Pick" for a cool SCMC clock

SCMC will be providing the following:

1. Plaque listed above if the plate gets here in time.

2. A couple of door prizes

3. Pro Dyno Gift Certificates

4. 50/50 raffle

This is a possibility and it is up to you all but what about an 8X10 photo of you with your car on kodak paper with the Hootettes? We can take the photo, print them there, and laminate them. Your thoughts? Cost would be $20.00 for each photo which covers the cost of the material.

Other than that, the weather is looking good and we really need to push this thing as we are the first club to have an event there. Please invite other Mustang owners to come out!

I was unfortunately backed into by another car while parked in front of a friends house, which left a substantial dent on my drivers side door, but other than that no other damage. While embarrasing to show up with this defect, I don't think it is bad enough to not show my face (needs new door shell and paint, but that won't be done by then). I am thus confident me and Gordie will be able to show. Do we just hit the hooters at 1pm, or are we cruising threre from somewhere else? Either way, sounds fun.:)

Just come any time you want Scott in between 1 and 4:00 p.m. Hate you can't make it Carroll but is Logan going to be able to come out?

This is just a good time to have a relaxing event where there is no pressure for trophies or awards. :D

We'll have a Hooter's management person to pick out a car they like as originally stated. I couldn't get the clock done in time, it'll have to be a "Manager's Pick" as they'll come out and pick the car they like best. It won't be based on cleanliness or anything like that, just which ever one they like.

Maybe one more.... but we are not going out with judging sheets and judges. Just a get together with some friends and wings.

Oh I forgot to mention, some Hooter's girls, too. :rotf: (Now where is my camera?) :doubt:

I said no pressure for trophies or awards, I didn't say no awards!

Oh Jeff...you really missed out after you left. It was getting a little wild with the photos... I also had your photos on low resolution where I could get 23 pictures on one diskette. I then changed to high resolution and could only muster 4 pics on a diskette. The laughs and fun started when they had the shift change. I'll post a few pics later but some of them may not be appropiate for this board! :D

We had over 30 cars come in and check it out and either stay or leave..

I would say this event was freakin A!

Here's a few pics with some more to come... BTW, the way we did the two trophies was the manager picked one car and the girls picked the other for "Best of Show". It worked out really good but here were the results.

Best of Show - Mike Hipskind, 1998 BASF Extreme Cobra Convertible
Manager's Pick - Adam Hendrick, 2003 Redfire Cobra Coupe
50/50 Winner - Tony Sorrentino, $65.00. (Put backin the club's treasury!)
SCMC Clock - Scott Barr
SCMC Windshield Banner - Mike Hipskind
Hooter's Tees:

1. Jeff Finkelstein
2. Logan PUckett
3.
4.
5.
6.

Help me out here...

Look at Logan's car...are their hand prints on his, too? :rotf:
