I would just to to Home Depot and get some "gutter guard". You can measure the area you need, then cut it out and use the heat exchanger bolts as a place to lock it down...much cheaper than buying one pre-made...and will look just about the same.

The ones that I have are Grillcraft grilles. I believe it is www.grillcraft.com . You can get upper and lower. I believe you can also get these through JC Whitney or some of the other discount accessory retailers. They are a pain to put on, but are very sturdy and do protect the radiation and the heat exchanger.

I agree !!! I should only cost you about $8.00 or less and about 30 min of your time..

Are you referring to a grill insert or the Heat Exchanger?
I know some of the HE have the COBRA lettering and stuff on them, but I've never seen the grills.
If you want a grill I agree with the above post, make your own

I know my inserts from Grillcraft were a bit expensive, but they are very sturdy when installed and are coated very heavily in black. I have a place on each grill where something hit it hard enough to chip off the paint to the wire, but did not make it through to hit the radiator or the heat exchanger. $250.00 for 2 grills or an extra $700 + for radiator & heat exchanger if you get unlucky with a couple of rocks. I even like the look better without the gaping hole showing.
