Hey ladies, it's been a little quiet in here. Isn't there anything goin on in cobra lady land?
The past 12 months have been interesting for me, forced to retire in August, bought a Harley Sportster in Sept and got a tattoo in October. Now I have just become a Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent. Great timing huh? Just when the interest rates go up.
Oh well, that's life in the big city.

I have a friend who does that Notary and Certified Signing Agent stuff. He's about ready to quit his day job. Is it really that lucrative?

I guess it depends on how well you market yourself. I am just getting started but because I am having surgery in July I wont really market myself until August. The real key is getting hooked up with title companies and banks. I have heard that some signing agents can make well over 100k a year.
