Hey guys do any of your cobras have factory install mudflaps. Mine dosen't and the paint on the fake side scoops is starting to get chipped. I recently saw an 03 cobra that did have mudflaps and they were so small you really had to look to see them but they seem to be doing their job because his scoops were perfect. I asked my dealer parts people and they do not show any flaps availible. so if you guys know of any place I might find flaps please let me know. thanks.

I actually met a guy this weekend that make flap for any car out of plexiglass. He had them on his c6 vette, and they looked really clean and good with the car. I am thinking about having him make a set for me. He is located out of ohio, his name is roger, and his number is 614-419-0246. Give him a call, and maybe he can send you a few pics

I am of the personal belief that mud flaps look horrible on cars. That is my personal opinion, so my suggestion to you would be to ge the clear vinyl piece that goes on the car that prevents chips. Most places that make clear bra's for these cars carry those as well.

Just my .02.

My exwife had those things on her acura integra (I know different car) but if yours sits low enough as did her's, every time you hit a low spot on the road you also hit the mud flaps which would probably do more dammage than not having them at all. Also since the side scoops sit out a bit, it is not just stones you throw up that will hit your vehicle so it may help or not.
