How difficult is it to put on the under drive pulleys for someone with average mechanical abilities? Also does the drive belt have to be changed are can you by a kit containing all hard ware and parts.

Steeda is recommended for the underdive pulleys. It can be done relatively quickly, basically an hour and a half at the most. You will need a balancer puller and a wratchet set for the water pump pulley. Make sure you order the set for the 99 as the 01 pump is not the same. I didn't change the alternator pulley on mine and used the stock belt with no issues at all.

Thanks for the info. Doesn't sound to difficult.

It's not hard officer, Sir! :D If you need the balancer puller, you can borrow mine if you promise not to throw the blue lights on when you come by my house. I also recommend an aftermarket exhaust and a JLT cold air kit.
