First time at the drag strip

Well, I went with a local group to Summit Raceway (Norwalk as we all know it). It was a fricken blast. With my pig of a track car with my full open track MM suspension and autopower roll cage, I managed a decent run.

13.59 @101.97 with a 2.00 60 ft

Can't wait to go again. And maybe if the schedule pans out, someday I will be able to make it down for a SCMC drag day!

Your car is capable of 13.2-13.3 with a 1.80 60 foot time. Very good for a first time out! :thumbsup:

Launching the car is an art, something that I could work on, FOR SURE! But after talking to alot of the guys that run there all the time, said the weather was horrible for racing. The traps were down 3-4 mph, and et's were up .1-.3 accross the board. After hearing that, I will definatly take the 13.5:D
