Scatter shield

At what horsepower do you justify installing a steel scatter shield?
With 450 hp my thought is I should spend the money for one.
But my car is mostly for cruzing and show. I hit the strip only a few times a year.
Any thoughts?

If you only go to the dragstrip a few times, I do not think it would warrant one however, if you plan to replace your clutch...then would be the time to change out if you plan to do it.
