Here's my 0.02, as for coilovers I suggest them. I put them on my car, and absolutely love 'em. I like the fact that I can adjust my ride height any time I want. You do have to get an alignment after any time you do make an adjustment, as you probably already know that. But the ride quality is better, and the handling is better than just lowering springs in my opinion. I've had several mustangs in the past, and have had H&R springs, and Eibach's and the coilovers are superior in my opionion. I have the M.M. coilover kit with Bilsteins shocks and struts.
As for your exhaust, you didn't happen to mention whether or not you have cat's on your x-pipe. If you don't you could put cat's on there and that will quiet it down a little. And you can get the Bassani cat's from Bassani if you show proof of purchase for your x-pipe. Another route is the Bassani cat-back. It's not quite as loud as the Borla stingers (I'm assuming that's the kit you have on your car) to me anyways.
Hope this helps

I think the coil overs should be considered but if you don't plan to do any track events then you may want to go the less expensive route and get some lowering springs. It really depends on what you plan to do with the car.
Many people like the magnaflows as they are quiet till you stomp the gas and they open up and give a healthy sound to them. Exhaust sound is up to the beholder's ear. I personally like the H-pipe with a MAC Catback but then it's pretty loud, too.

You're welcome. But like Cobrabitn said the coilovers are expensive. I didn't mention the price of 'em because I figured you probably already saw the price.
