03 cobra conv wheel hop

I have is a bone stock 03 cobra conv. 4.8 supper charger never damaged 6k miles . When I leave a stop sign with 3/4 power I get a wheel hop / chatter what ever you want to call it. There is no way to keep your foot in it. After I get up to 30-35mph / 2nd gear then it runs out very well, full power. I would have liked to keep it stock stock but I would rather leave the stop light quick and not slug slow!! Does anyone else have this problem? Thank you!!

Unfortunately this is a common problem with the cobra's. There are a few easy ways to eliminate this and others will chime in, but here's what I would suggest.

1. Full length sub-frame connectors
2. Lowering springs
3. Softer tire (ie drag radials)

The list can go on from there, but it's a start :thumbsup:
