We are going to be doing a "Luray Cavern" cruise on the parkway this year. I hope we can get all of the western VA members to come out and cruise with us. This is something Alan and I have been discussing and right now it is in the beginning stages, we have three couples going concerning this event. We haven't decided on the date because I want to do it in October during peak leaf change but we can also do it in August before the Parkway show and after Mustang Week.... decisions, decisions??

I'm at Smith Mountain Lake, near Roanoke. Hoping to do a lot of exploring in Virginia this year. Lots of mountian roads similar to Tail of the Dragon, just not sure about law enforcement surveillance since radar detectors are illegal in this state.
