Talked to True Blue today. Finally:D . They were very interested in doing some stuff for the show. Talked to Melvin in the parts dept. He's gonna give us some stuff for door prizes. Then I talked to Cary in the service dept. Hopefully we'll get a gift cert. for some dyno pulls and I mentioned them bringing their race car down for the show. They're going to discuss things and get back to me.

I'll have more details later but it looks good.

Hmm??? I guess now you know how I felt down in the Big A huh? Look, that show is over so let's concentrate on this one. We have three shows left this year, one in MA, one in TX, and one here in NC.

This is the list of sponsors that I know about:

Ciener-Woods Ford
Maximum Motorsports
True Blue
Zaino
Meguiars
Scott Winger
MGW
Next Generation Parts
Turbo Tune

We need answers on Harris Mustang, CJ's Pony Parts, and whoever else you may think of.

I already posted the ad in the magazines for all three shows. Let's top the TX members and show them what we have over here. ;)

Just an update on our upcoming show. It is just one week away and the pressure is on to make this the biggest SCMC show this year.

For your $15.00 ($12.00 for members) you will have the opportunity to win some cool stuff from the following sponsors:

Mustangs Unlimited
Next Generation Parts
Maximum Motorsports
Turbo Tune
True Blue Performance
Meguiars
Ford SVT
Carolina Mustang
Daniel Carpenter Reproductions
Scott Winger
Saleen
Custom Performance
Zaino
MGW

Anyone who enters will get a free lunch which includes pizza and Pepsi. We will also have a limited number of show shirts available for purchase at the event.

There will also be a preregistration prize: an SCMC clock
Also, there will be a 50/50 drawing which can add up to be a nice little monetary prize depending on the people who purchase tickets.

Hope to see more of you at our first showing in the Winston Salem, NC area.

Show shirt below. Hurry because 22 of the 36 shirts are already reserved!

I've seen a lot of people posting on other boards about coming to the show.

Ford SVT will be sending us the first batch of 2003 posters for this show. I can't wait to see them. I'll bring them with me on Friday along with the show shirts. I almost wish I had ordered 48 now.
:( Oh well, at least maybe all of these will be goners!

If the weather is like it is today.....wooo hooo! It felt great this morning with a 68 degree temperature. This is going to be a really good show. ;)

Hey,

I am new to the board but my husband and I were at the Young Ford Cruise-In. We are planning on comming to this show. I forgot to mail the registration form. We are members of SCMC but I don't know the member number. If we could get one or 2 shirts that would be cool. Hopefully my car will be ready this weekend because it is getting new exhaust from Harris Motorsports. If I had checked here earlier I would have talked to Mark Ray about prizes or sponsoring the show( my dad is good friends with him and bought his car from Mark when he was in business for himself. )

I look foward to meeting the rest of you on Saturday.

It's fouling out plug #3 and it burnt plug #6 these we replaced as well as the other six plugs. The part they don't have is the coil pack that sits onthe plug. It's a dealer item and no dealers in Asheville had one! BUMMER...BUT it is going back to True Blue next Friday to be checked out and FIXED!

Great, thanks. See you soon back at TB. My "mystery miss" still not diagnosed. Whistler's fine for normal everyday driving, just has a periodic, unexpected miss when engine's under heavy load....on ramps, track, etc.

If I can't get that fiixed before September, may not be able to run at LMS on 7&8 with NASA guys.
