need help oil pan leak

have 99 cobra and the pan is leaking. how much is of a pain in the ass is it and do you have to pull anything else beshides the pan?

have you tried to retorque the pan bolts first?one of my 5.0 motors would constantly vibrate loose and cause a leak.a pan gasket replacement is a PITA
