New noise

I have an '04 Cobra with 12,000 miles on it and I rarely drive it. This past weekend I heard a new noise when I turned the steering wheel. It's a single "click" type noise. When I pulled into the garage I turned the steering wheel left then right a couple of times and I heard the "click" both directions. The "click" seemed louder when I turned the steering wheel to the right. Does anyone know what this could be??
