While I know we are late in knowing this, anyone who knew Vance knew he was a great guy. I know he loved this club or otherwise they wouldn't have mentioned it in the obituaries. He came to our drag days, autofair, and meets and was a very pleasant member to know. He was quiet but helpful and always offered a helping hand without any expectations for something in return. He was a Cobra Club brother, one who worked hard at his job but still came to see everyone even though he pulled an all nighter.
What can I say? I am in total shock!!! He was young to be taken away from this world and didn't get a chance to live a long life. He will be missed and did I mention that I am still in shock??? Sometimes you never know what the future holds for you so live your life to the fullest and be glad that you have another day to enjoy what God has provided for you.
I know that Vance is in a better place than this earth but I will still miss him. I just can't believe that he is gone and I give my condolences to his family and friends. He was a true SCMC member, one that loved his Cobras and his fellow SCMC friends.
God Bless You Vance, I hope you will take the time to look down on us from heaven and smile and know we will be thinking about you and we will miss you.
