I dont see any reason you would. your not changing anything thats going to throw off your A/F. you may be concerned about the in cabin drone with that setup

Can I go to an off road x-pipe with out reprogramming??I would at least put it on a dyno to make sure that everthing still looks good as it will change your back preasure. But when you take the cats off the check engine light will come on unless your tune(if you have one) in the car has the rear O2's shut off already.
