Can anyone tell me what horsepower to expect from a vortec t-trim, ported heads, full bassani exhst., 42lb inj., single blade intake, ported intake, and C&L meter? This is on a 98 cobra.

'97 Cobra with FMS shorty headers, Bassani off-road X and Catback, ported heads, blower cams, 16 psi on a Vortech S-trim with 42 lbs injectors and a 4:1 FMU......570 rwhp at 6700rpm.
The T-trim stock? (pulley, power pipe, etc..). I'd say you'd probably be in the low 500's rwhp...maybe just touching 500 (upper upper 400s).
Stock T-trim vs. Stock S-trim there isn't a large power difference....however the T-trim is much more efficient and will create more power at similar boost levels.

However, it seems people keep warning that over 400 rwhp the engine needs strengthening...right? I am at 400 rwhp with 5# boost on my V-2 SQ and the 3.6" pulley.
