Not a Ford GT show, but once again, I will hope for passable conditions to get my car into the Washington DC Auto Show. Should any of this group make it in to the Convention Center for this event, I will be with the National Capitol Region Mustang Club on the lower level in Halls A - C.
The url to this event it : http://www.washingtonautoshow.com/ (http://www.washingtonautoshow.com/)

With my current work schedule I should be there keeping an eye on things most evenings and most of the day Friday and Saturday.
Fortunately, I work only one subway stop a way.
Enjoyed watching a bunch of you videos, and will ask you what I ask eveyone else: what is the make and model # of the camera setup you are using?

Any of the videos from 2009 were taken with a Canon FS10. http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-camcorders/canon-fs10/4505-6500_7-32786398.html
For all the ones before that I had a Sony DCR-HC36 MiniDV Handycam.
The Sony is a much nicer camera as far as features, but started developing a problem after years of use where it was shutting off after a lap or two. Everything worked fine ordinarily, so it got demoted to family duty.
I love the new Canon. Picture quality is the same as the Sony, but much easier to live with. I have two 8gb cards and can usually get a whole weekend on one, if I don't let it run on grid. And not having to move tape makes the battery last a lot longer.

Well, the snow kept me from getting to DC for the show (I'm up near Olney), I hope it was a good one. :(

You know, I really ask myself after each one of these things why I continue to go back; that being said, there are many folks that pass through that want to sit in the car, or let their kids, and get a photo . . . and that's why I go back. I took Thursday off from the show, work prevented me from Friday, and the snow would have made for an unbearably long drive on Saturday. Sunday I yanked the trailer out of the snow bank and went into DC towards the end and got the car back home; unloading it and getting into the garage tonight. A bit of a risk but it worked out well. Next Time!

Glad you got everything back OK. I'm sure it's a lot of work, but if I had one, you couldn't stop me from showing it...especially to the little kids. Heck, I was 13 when I fell in love with the first one I saw in '66. It's hard to put into words, but everything is just "right" about them.
