Will these work on my car with the current seats I have in them?

I don't see why not. I have some extra eye bolts that you can use to clip them too. You are talking about the Red '95 Spec SCMC car?:D

For optimum safety you have to have a seat with a opening in the lower seat part for the crotch straps to go through. Depending upon who you talk to, if you don't have that opening the lower straps are to no advantage.

Per Simpson there is no need for another opening for these 6 point harnesses. For a 5 point you must have the opening.

I won't be using the center strap till I get new seats in May.

Don't get me wrong ... I am not knocking the Simpson belts and that is a good price on their belts. They make great belts and the 6 pt. harnesses make a huge difference while driving and in case of an accident. But it is funny as I called Simpson, G-force, & Schroth prior to installing my seats with the same question and they told me that if not using a seat with the opening in the seat area for the crotch belts there was a great potential for sliding down and forward during an accident causing great damage. They highly suggested against it. That is why I went with a 4 point belt designed to not allow this (Schroth) until I got my race seats. Always different answers from the same companies. I see many people including instructors using 5 & 6 pt harnesses without lower seat openings as they don't want to cut the seats. Per Simpson there is no need for another opening for these 6 point harnesses. For a 5 point you must have the opening.
