Sad morning

So I got to sleep in a little today before heading to work. That means my wife left before me. I just woke up and was having some oatmeal while watching the morning news. I just said goodbye to my wife, not more than 20 secs after she walks out the door I hear this gut wrenching crunching and scraping noise :eek:... My heart sinks for I know what those awful sounds meant, my loving wife just back into the side of my 03 cobra :(. I walk outside with her as the tears are pouring down her face and see the dmg :bugeyes:... From the drivers door back is caved in... I will post later after I get the estimate from the collision repair shop.

When you first started posting, I thought something happened to your wife. She's more important but I feel your pain, I do cringe when my wife backs out of the garage but then again, it is after all, a car and can be replaced. Hope you get it fixed soon...

Thanks for the concern, I knew my wife was alright because not more than 2 secs after it happened she came running in the house crying and told me what happened. It is just a car and easily replaced or fixed. Just hard to swallow when I have had it for less than 10 days. Got the estimate back, 1,408 so its not bad, just sucks I have to drive it around until the 25th before I can drop it off at the repair shop.
