This event has gotten bigger and better every year and this year will be no exception. Planning has already started and Parkway Ford and the SCMC are planning new additions to the show. This post will be updated as details are finalized.

Free event shirt. The first 50 to preregister prior to August 14 (excluding display only but includes staff) will receive a free event shirt.

Please email me direct with questions, comments, etc. about the show.

If you want to be in Cobra Alley post here. We are not sure on the actual number we can get on the street and will park as many SVT Cobras and Shelby GT 500s as we can in Cobra Alley.

Event Staff does not have to be there early unless you have been corresponded with and you are willing to help with traffic control. Please sign up for event staff and post your shirt size for the free event tee. We would like to have 25 staff people for this event.

If you have two way radios, please bring them to the show. The use of radio communications makes things much easier. If you have more than one, please bring all you have to share with those that do not have them. Remember to check the batteries or recharge them so you don't end up with dead batteries.

We gave a bunch of fliers out at Mustang Week and a lot of Mustang owners never heard of the show so we could get a bigger turnout. That means we need some more people to step up and help out so we can be finished by 4:00 p.m. The less help we have, the longer the awards will take to give out.

I also updated the first thread and we have just 11 tees left to give out for free so please don't get upset if you mail your form in late and are not eligible for a free event tee.

SMS will have a booth this year at the show and Steve Saleen is supposed to be at this event where he will be signing his autograph. :p

I'm still thinking on having some posters made up for "Cobra Alley" participants. I'll keep you posted on that one.

List is updated and all free shirts are accounted for, they were listed by the postmark on the envelope with your paid registration fee so that was the first criteria. If you are a club member, that was the second criteria. Then if you attended the event before that was the third criteria.

Our preregistration list has grown today as the record for preregistration continues! :thumbsup:

This is something Rich and I discussed this week and to anyone who registers the day of the show, we will be cutting off registration at noon. Anyone who registers after 12:00 pm will be a "display only" participant. We want to have the judging finished by 2:00 pm with awards at 3:30 pm. If you did not preregister, we cannot guarantee you a space in either the Saleen display or next to your friend unless you come in together as a group. Currently we have 13 Saleens preregistered, we are allotting 13 spaces for that group. We simply cannot hold more spots when we have no idea how many will show up and everyone knows the lot fills up extremely fast so it will be a first come first serve basis the day of the show.

Every vehicle will get a round dot on the windshield designating it as either a "judged" car or a "display only" participant. This will help the judges to know if they even need to look at the car for judging.

I'd like to thank all those who helped put this show together. I've been to some well organized shows, as well as some that are not so organized. In the two years I've been a part of the Parkway show, it has shown itself to be one of the more nicely organized shows out there.

Once a show reaches the size this one has reached, it takes a lot of effort to pull it all together. Tony, Parkway Ford, and the rest of the volunteers, deserve a nice big pat on the back!

The weather turned out perfect this year as well. I'll take a little heat over the storms we had last year anyday! :thumbsup:

I never got to see what it looked like on the show lot but what I did see, it was packed! :D

great show, great cars and great people. I enjoyed this more than any I have attended. I think the weather was better than in the last few years. Maybe next year I can show a car. Sneak peak!
