stuck in reverse

i have a 99 cobra.has around 50000miles on it. for mthe last few monthes it has been sticking in reverse.usually if i just back up a little bit more,and try again,it will come out.but now its stuck and wont come out.i dont know what it is.it has a b&m shifter on it,and i put a new ram perf.clutch in it about a year and a half ago.it is fine in all the other gears.please help:(

Hard to tell but I don't think it is the transmission, I think it has to do with the clutch assembly or the shifter.
