Hey Bucks!

Just wanted to see if I could get a thread going about any events that everyone might be thinking about this upcoming spring. I'd desperately like to try to track my car this year, as I fear my years are narrowing down for free time and money since kids are already on the backburner as is.

I know it's been awhile since i've checked in with you guys, as i've been following alot of different venues with cars. Sadly, I no longer have an SVT vehicle and on the contrary, own a 2002 Vette vert. However, the car i'm really looking forward to tracking with you guys is my 2010 Mazdaspeed3. It's rather track ready as-is, and i'd like to try my hand with it. Hope the 'ole SVT gang won't mind hangin out with a Chevy/Mazda boy now!

I don't have or really want to deal with a rollbar in the Vette so it's not really an option for the track, but my good 'ole MS3 is under warranty so I figure why not open 'er up for some fun.

Anyhow, this thread isn't just about the track, it's about you bucks. What's new with all of you? It's been over a year since i've even got in touch with anyone here, and i'd like to connect with some of you again.

They let me play with the Cadillac I had so I doubt that would be an issue. If all goes well I'l have my Cobra back together this summer some time.

Everyone here has always been really cool about other makes, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem with any of them. Glad to hear you might be able to get it put back together in time!

What's everyone else up to? Mike M? Mike R? Others?

Any chance I could possibly get a few others to join me down @ VIR on the 29th/30th of January? I'm looking to go but could really use a push from some others looking to go. Less then $300 for 2 days of running!

There's no way I can do the Jan event but I think I'm going to go in May, even if I have to take the Honda.
