Spacer

Any one used an intake spacer? Curious if it is worth the cost. Claims of ten or so horsepower are what I am reading.

Tossed a 1/2" spacer on my very not stock 4V 4.6L. Gained zero hp with a tune. Might be some gain if combined with larger throttle body, larger MAF and high flow air filter on a stock setup. According to other website postings, the Mach 1 setups gained 5 hp or so.
