i have a 2000 cobra r with a bad rack n pinion. i think i found that the correct rack from a1 cardone is 22-280. im not sure if i get a cardone rack if it would definately be rebuilt to the original r specs with its tightness settings. would this rack be ok or is there a company that definitely would have a rack true to the r specs as i want to keep this car to have as much original parts as i can.
