bryan, i've done this. thank you. don't apoligize for the post. it's better to be safe than sorry if it's missed.

btw, i chose to use the "suggested" verbaige only on it's technical points. i used my own verbaige for my explaination as to why the changes in the proposed legislation is needed. typically the gov't people look at a cut and paste job as a lobby campaighn versus a "heart felt" concern of a regular citizen.

also, where it asked for organization and unit , i put "private individual" and "u.s. citizen"
