Hi Folks,

Haven't heard much or seen many posts lately but thought I would give you an update on the status of my 03. Talked with the dealer last Friday and he confirmed the car is built. Now we are waiting for the shipping info. As the time draws nearer, the more hyped I'm getting. I continue to read in other forums about people who have theirs and all the good stuff they have to say. Well, it's back to work in the morning and as usual the week will go by quickly. We have a Space Shuttle landing tomorrow afternoon so that will keep a lot of us busy at the Space Center. Take care and have a good one folks :-)

Sounds like you are buying a space shuttle. I'm going to wait till later and see how they pan out before I take the plunge. Make mine a sonic blue coupe please. :D

Hi folks, just wanted to assure all of you that there was no way I was going to pay a nickel more than MSRP. Usually when I buy a car (and I have owned over 40), I typically pay anywhere from $250.00-$500.00 over the dealer cost. No more or I walk away. So this is a big departure for me. If it wasn't this car, I wouldn't have done it. But you gotta love this thing. I'm still waiting for the call. It has shipped and in route. By the way, most of the dealers around here were trying to sell them anywhere from 2K to 5K over MSRP. I let my fingers do the walkin till I found the right guy. Hang in there people. Life is good and getting better :thumbsup:

for real, look at the t-bird, they hella sold more than the msrp. when i went and looked at it at my local ford dealership, they were selling it for 50,000 dollars, thats like 15,000 over the msrp. what the hell.
