abs light

anyone had a abs light? dash code comes up 043 that means nothing in the ford service disk i have. racing/street pads could it be dust? lots of it. well, any thoughts on were to start? thanx all

Not sure what it is, but I had something similar happen to me and it turned out to be that my pads were almost gone. Changed them and havent had that problem yet. Maybe it could be that for you too?
