New Springs

[S/C Cobra]

Well I finally broke down and bought some springs for the Cobra.

The kit lowers the car 1 1/2 inches all the way around and will hopefully look really good.

With the addition of the new Bilstein™ monotube Shocks and Struts the ride feel should be nice.

I am posting this at 10:15 Thursday evening while taking a break after barely getting the 2nd rear spring out. This install is quite the PITA with the glorious IRS but I hope to finished with the front by mid day tomorrow and have it aligned so I can come out and play this weekend.

With this set up and once my FR 500 brace comes in with Polyurethane Bushings I hope to say goodbye to the dreaded wheel hop forever.

Sweet, can't wait to see it Lamar. Post pics if you can. Can't wait to see what she does at HRP with the "no wheel hop". Should give an '03 a run for the money. ;)

Hey Lamar, the front is a piece of cake compared to the back!:D i had to use aspring compressor on the rear. It a was pain. You'll love the end result though. Worth the work. Take a beer break!
