Sorry to go off topic, but I figured someone here might be interested in this??? I have the following car audio stuff available for sale. I took this stuff out of my Nissan Frontier p/u when I traded to the F250 Powerstroke...and I decided at that time to upgrade to a different aftermarket setup in the new truck... so I no longer have a need for this... in case any of you are interested?:
Qty 1 - Alpine CDA-7941 single disk CD/tuner head unit. This head unit has no power and therefore requires an external amp(s)
Qty 2 - A/D/S P440.2 amps. These are both 4X40 watt amps with gain controls, crossovers,etc.. built in... so, they are fully adjustable for both regular cabin speakers as well as subs. I had one of them in bridged mode in my Frontier driving a pair of 8" JLAudio subs, and it sounded great!!
I had originally intended on installing this stuff in the Cobra R but I have since decided that the R will remain true to its roots, and will NOT have a sound system installed. Besides, I have since installed my guage cluster in the radio opening.
Someone make me an offer on this stuff?? Email me at rmenard71@earthlink.net if you are interested. I think I paid about $700.00 for the head unit new, and around $500 a piece for the amps, so this is very high quality stuff. I will of course not be asking anywhere near this amount. All items are around 2-1/2 years old, but in very good condition. All you would need to finish off this system are some good cabin speakers and a sub enclosure.
By the way, the head unit is a single DIN height unit, so it will fit inside a regular radio opening.
