well I have had allot of request to do anouther cruise in. So I figured I would throw it out and see what ideas you guys had and give it a couple of weeks. I was thinking get togther on a saturday afternoon and cruise to greenville togther and go to hooters. what do you all think?

Depends on when...I might be able to drive down and meet ya'll. I'm busy the weekend after this and the weekend of the 2/3rd and the weekend of the 9th... and the 15th... Damn I guess I can't! :D :D :D :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

thats to bad, hoping some of you guys over here will be able to make it. I set up a cruise in a few months ago and even with it raining we had 20+ stangs from the area. Hopefully the weather will be nicer and we will get a better showing. Now the real bad news, my informant that told me about hooters had greenville nc confused with greenville sc, so no hooters there. But I have heard that BM3 is a great place to go eat and hang out. Or we can try to hit up hooters in wilmington, that would get some jacksonville stangs involved.

Well if it's Greenville, NC you most definately won't be seeing my BUTT! ;) ;) That is a six hour drive from here! I will be in Raliegh at True Blue Performance on the 15th of November if anyone wants to stop by. I'll be getting my new blower pulley and a tune and dropping off my heads to be ported and polished.

I hope to be at true blue soon for a long tube header install, but it all depends on cash flow.

do you have any time frame of maybe when the cobra will be done? glad your getting your hands dirty, now I know who to look for in the area when I have a problem.:D

Well, tomarrow (Saturday) will be entirely spent on the car. I'm not stopping tomarrow until the motor is out of it. I won't. From there, i'm not at all sure how long it's going to take. I did however do a few things that i'm not really happy with, but i needed to do it. I sold my 36lb injectors, and my 80mm C&L MAF. So now, i'm gonna toss the 24lb ers back in there, and the stock MAF. Only temporarily though. I'll get back on my feet, and then see how things go. Also, i'm projected to do my 3rd tour in the middle east in January/late December. Sooo......... if that's the case, and my car isn't going by then, i'll hold off. I'll stay overseas and save tons of money. I'll come back with a tubular K-member w/coil overs, blower cams, ported/polished heads, beafier fuel system and more boost. Anyway, if you need any help, or need to borrow any tools.... just give me a call. I'll be all over the cobra tomarrow. Pheww... to answer a question..... once my motor is out, it's gonna go to True Blue. I'll drive it up there as soon as they give me the okay. With all the help from True Blue and Ken and many other members of the club, it could possibly make the fall drag day in charleston (long shot, but possible).

I wish I could go back on float or something, man I made lots of cash, tax free zone, haz pay, flight pay, sep pay, man I was living it up, sucked being away from the wife. But I got nailed with orders to recruiting duty. oh well the sun will rise tomarrow.

ehh, my hands never get too tired from typing. I've taken a few typing classes in my day. :D

update, everyone is now leaning towards staying local since there is no hooters close by. We are looking at the first weekend in nov (nov 2) meeting in hav and cruising to morehead to hang out and eat somewhere, maybe ruby tuesday or someplace with nice parking. Think we will try for mid afternoon, around 3'ish. any *****es moans or complaints so that way I can start to solidify this?

ok here is what I'm looking at, meet at winn dixie in havlock at 1:45 then cruise to morehead to ruby tuesdays and eat, meet, bs or what ever. We should be in morehead by 2:30-3:00.
