help with avatars..

how can i set up my avatar...i located a running pony pic i like wich is the right size,but i still can't set it up......help....:(

what have you done? go under user cp (one of the buttons toward the top of the pare), then preferences, then go down to avatar. be sure you have saved the pic to your puter, and it is not larger than 100x100.
