Hey all,

Had my cortizone shot last Wed and starting to feel much better each day since. It was tough knowing I was getting a needle in my back, which I needed 2 valuums to get me through it all. Finally! Hopefully I won't need another. Next visit in Dec.

Hopefully I get to see everyone next visit. I did get a chance to see Sheri and Josh. and of course...Jason! :-)

Ouch....I don't even want to imagine that one Nina. Forgot to add you saw Amanda and I on your last visit here. Too bad you're not coming home this weekend, you could dyno that BAAAADDD L to get a baseline. Ah well, they'll be more I'm sure. Good to hear you're doing better. Thanks for the replies! Getting better each day, but still getting Chiro treatments.
