As some of you may know My Dad, Peter Calvert and myself are looking into holding a track event at Mosport next year. Here is a questionnaire that we would like to get your feed back on.

Mike and Thomas Moran and I would like to plan an Open Track Day(s) at Mosport International Raceway (http://www.mosport.com)_which is a 2.5 mile road track with lots of elevation changes and pretty countryside._ The track is about_an hour_east of Toronto and, for reference, is about 850 miles from Tony's house, about the same from Raleigh, NC,_600 miles from Milford, IN, and 950 miles from Wanamingo, MN.

We'd like to get some idea of interest from our membership in this event and, to help us plan, there are_a few questions below._ We'd appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete this questionnaire and then send it back to me by Dec. 15._ You are not making any commitments by answering these questions._ We'll use the replies to get an idea of when the event should be held and the number of Club members who might be interested.

1._ If you attended this event, would you be interested in it being 1 or 2 days?_ If we had a 2-day event, we would allow entries for just one day if our budget required it.

2._There are no weekend dates available which is common for this type of track but there are lots of weekday dates._ Indicate what day(s) you would prefer._ Indicate 1 if you only want a 1-day event and indicate 2 for a 2-day event.

If you'd like to participate but can only do so on weekends, please let us know.

3._ When in the season would you be able to attend?_ Please indicate all of the times that you could come with an X and your preferred times with a P._ Enter as many X's an P's as you'd like.

4._ The Club has a standard daily amount for Open Track Days of around $140 to $150 USD._ We would budget that same amount._ Keep in mind that US dollars go farther in Canada so you will likely find it beneficial when booking hotels and purchasing meals._ Is that price range acceptable?

5._ Sean Hyland Motorsports has offered to have a car or cars available for our Open Track Day(s)._ Would you be interested in riding or driving in one of these cars?

6._ If there were insufficient SCMC members interested in participating, would you mind if we also invited local SVTOA_members to attend so that we can keep the cost within our budget?
