I posted the following poll on the Street Modified list located here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/stu/

"How many people here would be encouraged to run their car in SM if the bolt in K-member was clearly allowed?" Please tell us your story, just trying to get an idea of the magnitude of this"

If this applies to you, please post a response in support of the futile effort.

Here's the post: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/stu/message/11960

you can "reply" if signed on to yahoo.

The issue is that street modified class Mustangs cannot clearly have an aftermarket k-member installed (gray area of the rules, soon to be clarified and addressed), when most other cars have a pretty decent front end... and the k-member is such a popular upgrade item for street and track, due to the tremendous benefits in fixing the front end geometry.

Thanks,
Dave

Dave,

I'm with you 100% on this one. I'm in sm2 and I don't have a chance nationally if I ever got that good...

Let's get the TA rule changed too!!:D (the ones that mount to the sfc's)

Later,
Dave
