They say the reason for prices going up is the war with Iraq. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't we have an embargo on Iraq's oil? The oil companies will use any reason to raise the price of oil. Let's go to Alaska and get our own oil and the hell with the Middle East.

Well I just paid 1.78 a little bit ago! IF I could have waited until tomorrow I could have paid 1.71 (Tuesday's is .07 off at Enmark).

Unrest in Venezuela is the real culprit... poor leadership and some kind of labor strike? We don't get any oil from Iraq, or very little. I say we take over Iraq, and break them up and make them #51-54, and then we all get cheap gas. :rotf: I saw a graph not too long ago that most of our oil comes from America Jr. (Canada) :D :D Please forgive my senseless canadian humor. ;) :D

Is Iraq our enemy or is it the oil companies. Every little thing that happens makes the price go up. Do they lower the price when all is well? Hell No!!!  Can you tell I put $50 in the Lightling today? :D
