Uhh......... difference between the 94 cobra and the 94 GT?
I believe the intake, mass air, computer, injectors, wheels, wing, front bumper, white face guages, cobra steering wheel, snakes on the fenders, svt badge, Cam (i think it's a cam used in the thunderbirds, more torque down low), brakes, and heck I don't know what else. I've never owned one.

Seeing that I've owned a 94, 95 and now 99 cobra, what do you want to know? :D
About the only thing left out from smashedheadcat's list were the GT40 iron heads, headlight assemblies ("window" type), 1.72 roller rockers (1.6 for the GT), 3.08 gears (versus 2.73 in the GT, I think), front seat frames (magnesium vs. steel), and the leather wrapped shift knob and parking brake handle. The SVT badge didn't show up till 95 and I thought, or heard, that the cam was the B303, but I never found any specs on it. :doubt:
Jeff, I think the flywheel is a couple pounds lighter also to help the engine revv faster.
Congratulations on the 5.0 Snake.

Does it have the "B" cam?? I didn't think it did, but, like I said, i've never owned one.

Your 99 has a 4.6L DOHC engine while the 94 has a 5.0L Windsor. Your 99 also has IRS out back while the 94 has a live axle set-up. Any other questions? :D :p

I heard it a while back, but not from any trusted source. :D May have a similar grind but I'm not sure. I don't know anyone who ever bought the B, everyone, including me, went to an E or X for their 5 liters. :D

Hey all, we got the car Sat., flushed and bled the brakes, changed the oil and installed the mac catback. Can you say the kid is pleased. Runs great, but... continued in new thread.

Cam is definitely not the B cam. A friend has a B cam in his car and it has a definite lope. Sounds much meaner than it really is. Hard to make it idle without bumping up to 900-1000 rpm idle speed.
the cam specs are as follows:
H.O. cam
Lift: .444 I / .444E
Duration: 276*I / 266*E
Lobe center: 116I / 115E
overlap: 39* @ 19.51 factor
Cobra/Tbird cam
Lift: .479I / .479E
Duration: 270*/ 270*
Lobe center: 115I/ 121.5E
overlap: 33.5 @ 15.24 factor
those Cobra lift numbers are with 1.7 rockers. Lift with 1.6s is .451".
