I know I am. But still VERY busy to get ready. I look forward to meeting some of you for the first time and seeing some old pals. Anybody know what the weather is calling for?

Oh, got the motor back in. Jeremy, my motor guy, said I should pick up 20 to 30 more horsepower. Geez.

I am so tickled right now that I can't stand myself. Hopefully the weather will hold true with highs in the 60's and low's in the 40's. I just can't wait till the weekend!

Uhh...is it Thursday yet...I need to get out of the 20 degree temps to hit some warmer weather. I could spectate (in 60 to 70 degree temps) at this point and still have a great time...of course driving just makes it that much better!! So that would be a BIG FAT YES on your pumped up question Will!! :D :D

Just a *few* more projects to get done before CMP. Looks like there will be at least 4 late nights in the garage at the Smith household....:thumbsup: :thumbsup:

With four nights of work you should be able to get about two spark plugs in per night!!! ;) Not bad...just pace yourselves and don't work too hard!! :D

We are going to try and crank mine up tonight. First time since the rebuild. I am real antsy today until I know everything is good to go. The weather looks like it is going to be very nice.

About as difficult as installing high performance battery cables? ;)
I just finished up that project last night...the guy at summit told me I'd get about 5 to 10 horse from them...plus the 10 to 20 from the stickers that came with them!! :rolleyes: :D

But, it's way too late to figure out where the $300 is coming from and how the time away from the computer can be replaced.

Well there will be two Ford mechanics at the track this weekend. Ray and Chris from True Blue Performance will be attending the On-track event and IF you are nice and have problems they will have tools with them and might be able to help out folks who might develop problems. Chris will be driving in the event and Ray will be looking for rides with folks. I know I don't have to ask but please make these guys feel welcome.... IT could benefit you! :D :thumbsup:

Tomorrow looks cloudy, but by Saturday, a wave of low pressure develops to our south. This moves our way, bringing rain back to our neighborhoods Friday night and lasting through Sunday morning.

Temperatures will struggle in the low to middle 50s with a chance of Saturday being washed out by rain.

Sunday afternoon looks dry but cloudy. We won't see significant sunshine again until Monday.

Personally, I think they will be wrong but then maybe that's just wishful thinking. They can't get it right 24 hours before an event. They suck!
