If my stuff isn't covered under warantee, i'm probably going to have to buy a rebuild kit for my cobra. anybody have any suggestions? quality and price matter most.

Thanks

Mike

If the tranny is going out, why not replace it instead of rebuilding? Unless price is really an issue, I think you can pick up a brand new T-45 for around $1000. At least that's how much mine ran about a year and a half ago.

I have to say my T-45 is holding up alot better than my T-5's in my previous 95 Cobra. My 97 now has 70k on original clutch and tranny. I have a bad feeling about the tranny though, its gettin noisy. I will definatly upgrade to a Tremec when it comes time. I have spent alot of wasted money on them T-5's and just dont think T-45 can handle the added power of my procharger under hard shifts and daily beatings:D. In my opinion, with any added power, I think the T-5's and T-45's are garbage, and why not spend the extra cash on a nice New Tremec TKO:thumbsup:
