OK folks. From what I have read here subframe connectors are a must especially for a vert. This car is my daily driver that may in the future see a little track time but nothing serious, however there is always the Tail of the Dragon to run when you live in east TN.
I would like to install connectors soon but I don't want to put in a set that will interfere with future changes if any. I have been looking around at Griggs, MM, KB, FRP, etc. and would like advice or feedback from others experience.
Should I go standard of full length?
Is one brand better than another?
The Ford Racing connectors for ~$69 seem to be a good deal and appear to be very similar to the MM standard connectors for $79. I cannot tell if the set for the 96-98 Cobra is weld in or bolt on. From what I have read weld in id the only way to go? I cannot find pictures of the Griggs products.
