Going to Custom Performance Friday, Putting on MM caster/camber plates and Eibach sptrings, now my question is... can you put these parts on and align it good enough to drive it back to asheville and get it align by Tuesday?(150-200miles)
I have called several alignment people and some say no get it aligned down there and others say CP can get it close enough to where I can wait untill Tuesday.
Please help.

When I had mine installed (couple of weeks ago), the guys put them in as close as they could. When I got to the shop, the only thing we had to adjust was camber, and not by much. Your call, but drive it and see how it feels after the install, then decide.

I was just in a similar situation and have found that it is best to have the car aligned properly before heading out on the road. You can drive it for the 150 to 200 miles without the proper alignment, but you run the risk of chewing up your tires. If it's at all possible, I'd get it aligned before driving it, or at least get it as close as possible by eyeballing things...there are ways to align it yourself and get it pretty close...check out corral.net if you're interested in the method...the information is listed under the username "MFE"...he does his own alignments without an alignment rack. Hope that helps. :)

Thanks guys, I called the shop and he will just have it aligned before we pick it up. But he did say he could get it real close and I could drive it for a couple hundred miles. But I feel better having it done before I take it.

i put BBK C/C plates on my 91 GT myself. i dont know if the MM plates are different, they are probably much more adjustable so the install might be a bit different. but i drove mine about 30 miles after i did the install, and just had camber off a little. i just took some tape and made like a crosshair across my strut, and then located the strut where it was originally, and bolted her down...
