Robert,

I just went and looked on mach1registries forum about the guy having problems with the Steeda pulleys and from what their saying is you will be ok on your GT.

It appears our Mach 1's already have a factory u/d pulleys and the guy put Steeda's on and he got engine lights and a drop on the dyno.

But other guys said they are happy with Steeda on their GT's:thumbsup:

I took it down the 5th of July. Since it's been down there I've called every day to make sure they are progressing to make the delivery date of the 24th. After yesterday's call I'm getting a bit worried. The short block which was supposed to be done last Monday is just now being completed! They still have the heads to get back from the machine shop then they have to drop the current engine replace it with the new engine and do the rest of the mods (KB K-member, power pipe, fix A/C, check differential leak, fix switch to diff. cooler, make sure there aren't any exhaust leaks!) I hope they work fast and do a GOOD job! :D

Oh my gosh, Im starten to feel ill. Ill ask Jerry to bring his Mach 1 over tomorrow for you Robert.

Anyone ever work on their lawnmower engines?
I know I learned something this week.

My 12 hp riding mower died monday, so I tore into the motor.
Getten gas, and getten spark. Dont make sense.
But Im thinking its gotta be the coil. I go to a repair shop and ask if I buy a new coil and it dont fix the motor, am I stuck with it.
Yep, cant return it. Damn Im thinking.

Long story short, I can see the plug sparking when I have it laying on the head. You would think that it would start when you put the plug back in the motor.

Well guess what. Thats NOT true. I was given a blown motor today and I robbed the coil out of it and Im back in business.

So basically one would think the darn thing would run since I could actually see the spark, but that dont mean anything. A guy on a website asked if the spark was blue or not. And you know what, the old coil actually sparked purple.

I dont know. But I betcha I remember this from now on.
:rotf:

Back to our regular schedule program.

Robert,

I went up to B.M. Ford yesterday and picked up my paint and mentioned your radiator cap problem and Keith asked if I wanted one. I said oh yea.

Now that I think about it I believe the problem with these caps is the clicking part in them just aint tightening it up enough or it wouldn't be leaking outside instead of into the overflow.
Oh well.

Well, Im trying to find out myself. I rode down the street he is on, but I didn't see a business that stood out. So Im guessing he could be very small or hidden. He did say he had billet goodies for my car.

Anyway, guess what I was welcomed to this morning on my computer at work............A Freeking VIRUS!

Rick,

You going to be putting these stickers on your Cobra that you bought?
Reason I ask is, these fonts they sent you are not symetrical at all. I noticed that when I started using the calipers on them.

Unless the word COBRA is that outta whack on everyones bumpers.

If you are going to put them on, I would like to see how you like the fit of them before I make a copy of them. I'd hate to make a set that crooked:rotf:
