cold air induction systems for 2001 Cobra

I see Calafornia Mustang advertises a cold air induction system for the 01 Cobra but are they any good?
are they worth installing ?
do you get any benefit from them HP wise?
Can anyone advise me on this system for the 01 Cobra.
