Hi all,

I am still trying to figure out how to get a 93 cobra into my life.

I have a friend of a friend that had his 93 teal cobra stolen and recovered. The car was going to be hacked into a race car and the guy saw the light and bought a coupe for that. He now has this car sitting in his garage without motor or trans. He was asking $14K for it and he is crazy because I find them running, numbers correct for that price here and there. I have a 89 gt convert with every conceivable bolt on and I am considering using it for the donnor if I can get a hold of this cobra and potentially scrapping what is left of my convert. Unfortunately I don't think this cobra will have a clear title either, that is yet to be determined but I know it will never have the original motor.

What is a fair price for this chassis? I has roughly 25-30,000 original miles on it. Any feedback would be appreciated. It has the black cloth interior.

I would miss my convert but a supercharged dss 306 teal cobra would be bad az to say the least when I was done swapping parts over.

Thanks - Chris.

Personally Chris,

I would find one that is not a rolling shell. That way there will be no doubt that all the parts are there and you won't have to hun t for anything. I've seen 93 Cobras going for 7,000.00 with over 100K miles on them. Keep looking and you'll find what you want. ;)

Thanks for the info, I will keep looking. I would love to come across on in that price range running, could care less about mileage.
