I just wanted to thank you both for having us over for the cookout. The food was great and the pool party was a blast! I really enjoyed driving your car and you have definitely convinced me to go with 4:10 gears for my 99 Cobra.

Thanks to everyone else that came out to socialize with us. It was a lot of fun! Hope we can do it again sometime....:bounce:

I thought the same. I was looking for dealerships this weekend that had a few O3 White or Dark Shadow Gray coupes selling with that mega Ford discount, but haven't come across any.

Guess Tony changed his mind.

I'm sorry that I didn't get to the cookout yesterday... I spent the vast majority of the day laying under the SVO and working on installing the caster/camber plates. I promise to make the corperate pizza party at Tony's towards the end of September.

Thanks guys! We really enjoyed having everyone ! Lets do it again! I am very glad that the weather held out for us-- it stormed all afternoon here today. I hate that the only pics I got was of Tony and Jeff... I can't mention what they were doing, i am not sure that it would be allowed to be on the web either.   :rotf: Those who did not make it do not know what they missed!!

It was great to have everyone here, hope that next time more people can make it! 10 cobras and a lightning!! there was plenty more space to park, even without parking in the road.

Till next time

Thanks, Lisa and Clarence.....a great afternoon. I left your place with the top down and made it a few hundred yards until the sky started falling.

At my parent's place at Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, by brother and I installed some more sound deadener in the back seat area to seal off exhaust noise coming from the trunk. What a difference. I can now conduct a conversation with passengers.

Next project is to install a bit more of the "Brown Bread" sound stuff to seal off tire noise. I'm gunning for a 3800 pound car!
Remember, I still drive that car every day......88,000 miles already.

Sorry we had to miss the party.:( But we did manage to take home a First Place award with the Cobra at Augusta! Saw Mark Young there but missed Rob.

Tony, the '04 MysticChrome was on display there. too...it is beautiful. I'd wait for it if I was you!

See y'all later!
