Any of you guys going? Here are the details:

Kiwanis Club of Asheville Car Show
"Chrome, Kids, & Kiwanis!"
Saturday, October 11th 11:00-4:00 (Rain Date 10/12/03)
Biltmore Square Mall - Dillard's Parking Area
To Benefit Kiwanis Childrens Charities
$15 to Register on site
Peoples Choice Awards, Trophies, 50/50 Raffle, & Prize Giveaways

Me and a few of the members from the Upstate Mustang Club are going. I just wondered if I would meet any SCMC friends there. ;)

I will be there with a few friends from my local club (WNC Classic Cruisers) if it don't rain on us. Hope to see you there.:thumbsup:
I have not talked to any of the others from ths SCMC Club to see if they are coming.:eek:

Donna,
I just noticed that you have a Torch Red 2003 Mach1. One of the club members thats coming to the show has one just like it. His name is Dennis Watson aka "34Ford" on this forum. You might have met him:thumbsup:

Talk about timing.

I just came here to say that Donna from Upstate Mustang Club posted a note over in the mach1registry to come and visit the show saturday and I get here and she has started a thread.:thumbsup:

How kewl can that be.

I sure hope the weather gets better so some of their members can bring their stangs.

I had plans to get some stuff done with the car tomorrow, but since they have yet to fix my paint problem, those things are on hold :mad:

So, I guess I'll see you guys (weather permitting) at the mall ;)

Well, its been raining here steadily since about 4:00. Couldn't even get the car washed :( Have to wait and see what tomorrow holds I guess. Dumb weather.

Well the show was not a wash out, but it should have been. It was wet and rainy most of the morn. Buy the time it cleared off and the sun came out it was to late.
Maybe 15 0r 20 car showed up:( We ask them why they just waited till Sunday but they said they were going to go on with it Sat.:( :mad: So are local club opted not to bring our cars out.:(
